The Diocese of New York Property Support Committee maintains a web library of property maintenance references that is available to the whole Church. Articles on a variety of maintenance topics can be downloaded here:

Partners for Sacred Places is a non-denominational non-profit organization that assists churches in finding ways to preserve historic religious properties. They maintain a web library of useful maintenance resources.
