Property/Casualty Insurance

The Diocese of Rhode Island and many of our congregations are insured by Church Insurance Agency Corporation.

This plan covers property, casualty, liability, boiler & machinery, Directors and Officers, crime and (optionally) workers compensation, employers liability and automobile coverage to churches and institutions.

Medical and Dental Insurance

Diocesan medical insurance is provided by Empire Blue Cross Blue Shield with prescription coverage provided by Medco, vision care provided by EyeMed.  The dental insurance is provided by Cigna Dental.  These plans are administered by The Episcopal Medical Trust for the Diocese of Rhode Island.  If you have any questions or concerns please contact Client Engagement Call Center at 800-480-9967 or Joan DeCelles at Diocesan House at 401-274-4500 ext. 229.
