College Ministry
The Episcopal Chaplaincy in RI exists to provide for the pastoral care of the students, faculty and staff of Rhode Island's higher education institutions, while creating linkages between parish and campus communities to reinforce each other's missions in service to God. We recognize God as the source of all wisdom and understand intellectual activity in the context of spiritual growth.
We aim to educate and form, considering how to apply Anglican Christian principles to behavior, teaching, research, and administration. Together we envision and explore God's purpose for the world. We deepen and broaden students' concept of worship through the sharing of personal experience and corporate community experience. We encourage each person to ask questions and make their own unique contribution to serving God and others.
