The Diocesan Personnel Policies and Benefits Summary (PDF format) were substantially rewritten and approved by the Diocesan Council in September 2001. They were revised in May, 2002 and February, 2003 (Personnel Policy) and September, 2003 (Benefits Summary).

NOTE: The policies adopted by the Diocesan Council are binding only on direct employees of the Episcopal Diocese of Rhode Island with the exception of policies affecting administration of diocesan-wide medical benefit plans.
