The Leadership Institute is an annual, one-day event for congregational leaders offered each spring. It seeks to equip wardens, treasurers, bishop’s committee/vestry members, clergy and other congregational leaders with practical tools and resources to help them lead their churches.
The Leadership Institute focuses on the topics such as planned giving, Vestry 101 for new members, marketing, crisis communications and other programs that support our churches. Officers and members of vestries and bishop’s committees receive information, have opportunities to ask questions and have time to network with others who serve in similar capacities in our churches.
