Parochial Reports

Each year our churches are required to file annual Parochial Report forms with both the national  church and with the diocesan offices.  The diocese also requires additional reports on endowed funds, church leadership, and a copy of the reports presented to your parish Annual Meeting.00438680_thumb

Filing with the national church

To prepare to file the Parochial Report with the national church, you can download a copy of the form from the Episcopal Church Center website here. Detailed instructions and worksheets are available on the Church Center’s Parochial Reports page.

You can get help filling out the form at the parochial report workday sponsored by the diocese. (This year’s will be on February 11 from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Diocesan House. See the e-news for details.)

Once you have the information prepared, it needs to be filed with the national church by March 1 via the online form here.  If you need your UEID and/or PIN number, please contact Ruth Moulton.

You can then print paper copies for your records and for filing with the diocese.

Filing with the diocese

A paper copy of the Parochial Report needs to be on file at Diocesan House by March 1, along with required supplementary materials. Information about the additional materials to be submitted to the diocese was included in a mailing sent to parishes in early January.
