A Day of Training for Wardens, Treasurers and Property Charis

LeadershipInstituteThe Leadership Institute is a leadership training day for wardens, treasurers and property chairs that will equip them with practical tools and resources to better manager their roles as leaders in the church.

This past year’s Leadership Institute focused around topics of clergy and lay employee compensation and benefits,  strategic planning for parishes, financial development, property insurance, health insurance, property safety and improvements, and other programs that support our churches.

All senior and junior wardens, treasurers and property chairs whether newly elected/appointed or seasoned veterans will receive new and updated information, have opportunities to ask questions and time to network with others who serve in similar capacities in our churches.

Planning is already underway for next year’s Leadership Institute. In the mean time, learn about what is in store for the next Small Church Summit and Learn and Lead.

Please Note: This one day event has replaced Warden’s Day, Treasurer’s Day and Property Day.
