Youth from the Diocese in NYC at the Cathedral of St. John the Divine

Most of our congregations offer Christian formation programs for children and several have active youth ministry programs. Contact your local Episcopal Church for more information.

You can find education resources to download or links to other websites on our FIND A RESOURCE section (button at top right of every page). A section called Grow Your Faith has categories for Children and Youth that will guide you to a variety of resources.

There are also ways for children and youth to meet and gather with other young people across the Diocese.

Our Camp@ECC (Episcopal Conference Center)-There are opportunities for children and teens to spend summer weeks camp.

Happening sessions, a spiritual retreat for young people, are held twice a year at ECC.

The Royal School of Church Music- Rhode Island Course for Youth is held each summer for girls, boys and teens. It students stay in residence at Salve Regina University in beautiful and historic Newport by the Sea, a wonderful setting for a week of fine music-making, fun and fellowship.Choristers rehearse daily with opportunities for small group and individual instruction. Choral services are held area churches and venues. While this course is part of the national RSCM program and independent from the diocese, many children and youth from our congregations attend along with others from around the country. Visit their site for more information about this coming year’s event.
